As a Loan Processor, Verenise works behind the scenes to help keep each loan moving efficiently from application to closing. She believes every client deserves to feel informed, involved, and confident throughout the home financing process. By actively listening, communicating openly, and treating every file with care, she helps ensure borrowers have a smooth and stress-free mortgage experience.
Having experienced the excitement and challenges of buying a home herself, Verenise understands just how meaningful homeownership can be. She loves knowing she’s helping families achieve one of life’s biggest milestones, whether it’s purchasing their first home or finding the perfect place to put down roots.
One of Verenise’s greatest strengths is serving as one of Maven Mortgage’s bilingual team members, fluently speaking both English and Spanish. She enjoys helping bridge communication gaps so Spanish-speaking families feel comfortable, understood, and fully supported throughout the mortgage process.
Clients and coworkers alike describe Verenise as reliable, responsive, insightful, empathetic, and results-driven. Before joining Maven Mortgage, she was recognized as the first employee promoted to Assistant Manager among nine branches at her previous bank, a testament to her leadership, work ethic, and dedication to serving others.
Originally from Texas, Verenise now enjoys being part of a growing North Alabama community where she loves seeing local businesses flourish and families build their futures. Away from the office, she treasures spending time with her husband and children, whether they’re having family movie nights, playing games of Clue, singing karaoke in the living room, dancing around the house, or making memories together at the beach. One of her favorite local spots is Gordo’s Way for tacos, followed by a stop at Pinguinos for snow cones.
